My name is Jayne Hindmarsh. I am a former classical dancer, I studied at The Legat School of Classical Ballet, East Sussex and Italia Conti Stage School, London. I performed professionally for a number of years before back issues, brought on by the physical demands of ballet, lead me to a Pilates class. I've never looked back...
